ACM-Architectural Construction Management of Newport Beach, CA has appointed Paul Anthony Heiss to lead their new division for Real Estate Asset Value Recovery (REAVR).  REAVR is focused on assisting clients in determining and recovering the highest potential value of their distressed real estate holdings.


Demand for asset value recovery services has been an increasing request in ACM’s business network as large numbers of properties are being reevaluated in today’s business climate.  A frequent response to calls that ACM is receiving is one of disappointment and frustration commonly because managing distressed assets is more difficult than one may expect.  ACM has the resources and team necessary, and stands ready and available to provide expert assistance.

Paul Heiss holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge Ma., and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Arizona State University.  He has over twenty-five years of experience in residential, commercial, and retail development.  Mr. Heiss’s expertise, in conjunction with the Management Team of ACM, will be pivotal in assisting clients achieve the maximum return possible on their distressed real estate holdings.
