Mark Fowler: After studies in business management at Arizona State University in 1983 Mark Fowler chose to follow in the family trade of residential development. His deep commitment to his craft soon brought him work on numerous high-end residential development and golf community projects in some of the most desirable communities in locations such as New Jersey, Scottsdale and Sedona, Arizona, the San Francisco Bay Area and Orange County, California. Mark has had the opportunity and privilege of working with some of the country’s leading architects, designers and engineers. Working in a broad range of architectural styles and motifs has given Mark the direct understanding of the importance of architectural detailing and the craftsmanship of execution and provided him with the skill-set to be able to execute beyond the developer’s expectations. As the maturity of his work progressed so did the demand for his unique skills. Every new project allowed Mark to better understand the many complexities of high-end real estate development and to be able to rise to its challenges.
