Niketown. On the South East corner of Union Square in the heart of the shopping district of the city, 278 Post, "The Niketown Building", glows in restored splendor. The significant Class IV Historic structure was seismically upgraded and repurposed to house the flagship, seven-level Niketown. Additional haute coutre shops such as Cole Hahn and Giorgio Armani Black occupy the historic building as well.

Mr. Heiss lead the acquisition and property management of the original building. Careful design and upgrades were planned for the discerning of world-class retail tenants. Through discussion and design development with The City of San Francisco and Community leaders, a restoration plan was envisioned. Mr. Heiss managed the construction, leasing and operation of the landmark building. Now, 278 Post shines.
